Jo-Anne Kelleher MNCH(Lic.)
I am a hypnotherapist and life coach that specialises in Personal, Career and Sports Development. I have practices in Ilkeston, Derbyshire, Trent Bridge and Sandiacre, Nottingham. I am currently studying with the Open University for a BSc in Psychology and will complete it in 2009. Prior to training as a Hypnotherapist, I have worked as a holiday rep, cabin crew, a general manager of a Health Club and within the New homes industry. These roles has given me a wealth of experience in dealing with complaints and the public and I will use this experinece to ensure that I look at all complaints promptly and in a fair and appropriate manner.
