Originally from a background of IT in investment Banking, I first gained my interest in hypnotherapy and NLP when I stopped smoking with hypnotherapy in 2005. Having tried absolutely everything before, I realised that hypnotherapy must be something very powerful.
I now run a full-time practice in Belsize Park, North-West London, where I specialise in smoking cessation, but also see one to one clients for many other issues, including helping people excel in a stressful workplace and I also run self-development courses there.
As a therapist, I have always placed a high value on having supervision and have personally benefited greatly from this. I believe that supervision is a way of ensuring that we are always doing the best we can for our clients and, now as a supervisor myself, it is a joy to see how other therapists continue to grow, learn and encourage each other through the process.
I very much hope that my enthusiasm for the process will enable me to really contribute to both the practising members and the supervisors within the NCH in the role of Supervision Director.
