Trevor Silvester

I am a Cognitive Hypnotherapist, author and trainer with clinics in Harley Street and Cambridgeshire. With my wife I run the Quest Institute, which trains people to be Cognitive Hypnotherapists, and I’ve written two books, Wordweaving volume one: The Science of Suggestion and volume two: The Question is the Answer.

I’ve served on the committed since 1998; for eight years as the Editor of the Hypnotherapy Journal, and latterly the Ethics Director.
