Effective Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy for a wide range of issues based in Sutton Surrey. I have over 25 years experience in assisting people with many types of problems including Anxiety, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Low mood, fears and phobias. I also run a popular Smoking Cessation Program and weight management program.
I am a registered counselor and am accredited both as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Cognitive Behavioual Hypnotherapist. I am a published author with two books to my name.
