I am registered with both the National Council for Hypnotherapy and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council. Working together, we could work towards your breaking habits, overcoming fears and phobias e.g. dental and flying, weight management, smoking cessation, sports performance improvement and pain management. If you want a more formal chat, then the first meeting, lasting between 45 minutes and an hour, is only £10, and without any further obligation on your part.
