Overview

I am a cognitive hypnotherapist and motivational coach. My aim is to empower clients to live the life they want; to help them find their confidence.
Because of my own experience of cancer I have a particular interest in dealing with the pain, anxiety and fear that illness brings.
Clients receive my Relaxation CD when they first contact me and a personal CD as part of their first session. I offer clients self-hypnosis teaching.

I also work at the Sunday clinic at Neal's Yard Therapy Rooms, Covent Garden,on a monthly basis.
