Overview

I have been in full-time therapeutic practice as a hypnotherapist since 1997, have professional association membership predating that and have worked with several thousand clients since then. I consult with clients in central Bournemouth between the hours of 8.30am and 5pm two days a week only due to other commitments.

I am principal and director of education for a prominent, NCH approved hypnotherapy training college and author of a number of books on the subject of hypnosis and self-hypnosis. I am also a lecturer for Bournemouth University. My PhD study specialises in exploring the efficacy of self-hypnosis and the use of hypnosis for advancing cognitive performance.
