Jenny practices as an integrative therapist, working with cognitive behavioural therapy and clinical hypnotherapy. She is also a qualified stress management practitioner, life coach and a trainer with Relate. General hypnotherapy but specialising in stress, anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, confidence and self-esteem, relationship and emotional issues.
