Overview

OKhealth was formed by Angela Grieveson, a qualified Occupational Health Adviser, with many years experience in Industry. As an adviser she found herself becoming more involved in the psychological effects of work life balance and how one can affect the other, when not in synchronization. This encouraged her to follow her heart and study psychotherapy, clinical hypnotherapy , Mindfulness meditation teacher training and other related courses. Angela has a passion for her work and how it can help people to live their lives in a more fulfilled way. Psychotherapy and clinical hypnotherapy can enhance lives, help people achieve their goals and allow then to feel OK.
