Overview

I have been a fully qualified Psychotherapist, Hypnotherapist and Counsellor since 1995. Life Coaching became a specialism in 2004. My approach is about empowering you to restore and maintain your mental and emotional health. In Salisbury, I also work in partnership with the nhs trust to provide 'Confident birthing' workshops and courses, using self-hypnosis, breathing, relaxation and visualisation techniques for labour and beyond.
