I have a background in nursing within the NHS and have trained in Cognitive Hypnotherapy under internationally recognised Trevor Sylvester at the Quest Institute gaining my Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma and Neuro Linguistic Programimng qualifications.

The Cognitive Hypnotherapy method of therapy incorporates the most effective methods from the most recent developments in a wide variety of therapies including NLP, Positive Psychology and Cognitive Therapy. It is an effective method of therapy which is tailored to the needs of each individual. It uses the natural trance states we all enter naturally on a day to day basis.

As my consulting rooms are situated in the town of Ilkeston they are easily accessible from the cities of Nottingham and Derby which are both less than 12 miles away. There are also direct links to the surrounding towns of Ripley, Heanor, Eastwood and Long Eaton.
