Specialising in stress management, anxiety, panic attacks, and particulalry interested to hear from clients with Irritable Bowel Syndrome. I also provide a 5 week weight management programme which includes handouts and CDs. I use a variety of different techniques including Time Line Therapy, NLP and EFT and record individual personalised CDs for clients to continue to use at home to enhance what is done in session.
