One of only a small handful of BWRT practitioners in Scotland to offer this groundbreaking new therapy, and currently the only practitioner in the West of Scotland. BWRT (or Brainworking Recursive Therapy) is a cutting edge approach, following current thinking in neuroscience and psychopathology, which can be used to solve all kinds of problems from phobic response patterns to anxiety and depression, in as little as one session.

We offer tailored solutions for a whole range of problems, from smoking cessation and weight management issues, to treatments for stress, anxiety and depression, phobias, confidence issues, bereavement, relationship problems, IBS, sports performance enhancement...the list goes on.

We hold enhanced disclosure clearance and can work with vulnerable adults and children. Naomi is a registered therapist with Anxiety UK, who offer concessionary rates to those with a low income, and is also a KG Hypnobirthing Teacher, running regular classes and individual sessions across Scotland. Naomi also treats a range of complex and non complex trauma, using a combination of EMDR and hypnotherapy. EMDR is one of only two methods advocated by the World Health Organisation for treatment of trauma and can be highly effective.

The Ayr clinic operates throughout the week, offering appointments into the evening and at weekends by arrangement.
