I offer warm,compassionate and ethical hypnotherapy in Reading, Oxford, Thame and Wallingford.

I help clients with any number of issues but those in which I consider myself to be particularly proficient include helping clients on the ASD spectrum, those suffering from tinnitus and those who struggle with the consequences of emotional abuse experienced as children.

As a teacher with twenty years experience I am also able to offer hypnotherapy to children of ten years and older. I have helped a great many issues ranging from enuresis, panic attacks, school refusal to depression, OCD and more besides. Not being formally trained in child psychotherapy I am unable to work with children who have experienced great trauma.

I trained for four years and am UKCP accredited. You can be sure of the quality of my training. Just as important, however, is the relationship you'll build with whoever you choose as your therapist. All else being equal, therefore, you should go with the person with whom you feel this relationship could best develop. I hope that person will be me.
