Cognitive Hypnotherapy (incorporating NLP and Life Coaching) to help you overcome issues in your life that up until now may have been holding you back from reaching your full potential. I specialise in working with people who are struggling with eating disorders such as anorexia, bulimia, binge-eating disorder, compulsive over eating, ARFID and OSFED

I work exclusively online so there are no limits with regards to geographical location - wherever you are based, we'll be able to work together

Appointments are available Monday to Friday at 9.30am, 11am and 12.30pm You can contact me by telephone between 9am and 3pm Monday to Friday.
