Overview

Cognitive Hypnotherapy (incorporating NLP and Life Coaching) to help you overcome issues in your life that up until now may have been holding you back from reaching your full potential. I specialise in working with people who are struggling with eating disorders such as anorexia, bulimia and binge-eating disorder, and I am the Eating Disorders Specialist Advisor for the NCH.

I run a friendly, relaxed and professional practice from my home in Stafford, with free street parking right outside.

Appointments are available on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9.30am, 11am, 12.30pm and 2pm, and Fridays at 9.30am and 11am. You can contact me by telephone during normal office hours (Mon to Fri 9am-5pm).
