Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner/Coach with a clinic at Newark Chiropractic Centre and Worksop Chiropractic Centre. Since 2005, I have been helping Adults and Children overcome a whole range of issues. (Please visit my website)

I specialise in help for anxiety and panic attacks, weight reduction, stress management, fears and phobias, confidence and self esteem,Trauma, PTSD plus much more. I also offer unique and successful programmes in Hypnosis to Stop Smoking and NLP Coaching for Peak Performance.

In addition to Clinical Hypnotherapy and NLP, I am also qualified and experienced in Life Coaching, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) These treatments are available individually or as a unique and powerful free-flowing combination with Clinical Hypnosis to help you or your child resolve issues and achieve goals.

In addition to the National Council for Hypnotherapy, I am also registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and am CRB checked. Your treatment is confidential, non-judgemental and totally focused on helping you or your child resolve your/their issues and achieve your/their goals.

The majority of my clients are from referrals from previous satisfied clients and not only come from Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire and South Yorkshire but also travel from much further afield.
