Overview

I am a Clinical and Medical Hypnotherapist, a Sports Hypnosis Practitioner and a Life Coach. have trained at the London College of Clinical Hypnosis, the UK College of Cognitive & Behavioural Therapies, and the Tribeca Hypnosis and Healing Institute in New York City. I am certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists and the National Federation of NLP in the USA, and The Centre for Sports Hypnosis in the UK.

A client-centred and goal oriented approach is my style of work. My theoretical framework comes from Cognitivism and Constructivism.

Hypnotherapy is a collaborative and educational (learning) process in which I am a guide or facilitator, helping my clients to discover and use their own resources to deal with a wide range of clinical and personal issues as well as their goals for personal development.

I prefer to have a free initial consultation before agreeing on the first session/s either at my private practice, the clinic where I work in Eastbourne or at my client's place.
