Brief Description Of Event: An introduction to cancer formation, grading and staging, along with the treatments employed with potential side effects. Review of ethical and legal issues involved with working with cancer patients. Overview of the most likely issues to be worked with. Teaching of hypnotic techniques and approaches employed to work with cancer patients successfully. Overview of supplied scripts and approaches augmented with numerous case studies, demonstrations and best practice tips.

Over 240 pages of notes, technique descriptions and scripts (supplied in pdf format).

With over 15 years’ experience as a full-time hypnotherapist, Garry is one of a small number in the UK to hold an MSc in Clinical Hypnotherapy, for which he carried out research into the effects of presurgical hypnosis on the recovery quality in breast cancer operations.

Garry is contracted to a major NHS hospital for oncology-based hypnotherapeutic work, where he consults on a regular basis, in addition to practicing from within a local GP surgery.

Garry is a regular presenter and lecturer at hypnotherapy events worldwide.

Garry has successfully taught Hypno-Oncology approaches to Doctors, Psychologists, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists worldwide, including the UK, Europe, USA and the Middle East.
