NLP-hypnosis and Parts Therapy Practitioner Training is a practical workshop that brings together two of the most effective approaches for helping clients resolve internal conflict and create lasting change.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) offers a wealth of powerful therapeutic tools. Yet many practitioners can find themselves becoming overwhelmed by the terminology, models and language patterns, or wondering how to apply NLP naturally within real therapeutic conversations. This workshop strips away the complexity and focuses on the techniques that consistently make the greatest difference in practice.

Alongside this, you’ll learn how Parts Therapy provides a compassionate framework for understanding the different aspects of ourselves that can appear to be in conflict. Rather than viewing ambivalence, self-sabotage or mixed emotions as obstacles, you’ll discover how to work collaboratively with these parts to build understanding, integration and meaningful change.

Together, Parts Therapy and NLP complement one another beautifully. You’ll learn straightforward, client-friendly interventions that can be integrated into hypnosis, coaching and psychotherapy, helping clients resolve internal conflicts, strengthen motivation and move forward with greater confidence, clarity and emotional alignment.

• Explain the core principles of NLP and how they apply to therapeutic practice.
• Understand how individuals construct their own subjective experience of the world.
• Describe the meaning of Neuro, Linguistic and Programming, and how these concepts influence behaviour and change.
• Recognise why NLP is an experiential, practical approach to personal and therapeutic development.
• Understand the principles of NLP modelling and how excellence can be identified and replicated.
• Apply the concept of cause and effect to support greater personal responsibility and client empowerment.
• Recognise that our internal representations are interpretations of reality rather than reality itself.
• Identify appropriate situations in which NLP techniques can be safely and effectively applied.
• Understand the origins of NLP and the contributions of pioneers including Fritz Perls, Virginia Satir and Milton Erickson.
• Recognise the differences between the Meta Model and the Milton Model and know when each is most appropriately used.
• Use Meta Model questioning to clarify language, challenge assumptions and gather richer information.
• Apply Milton Model language patterns to facilitate hypnotic communication and therapeutic change.
• Understand representational systems, modalities and submodalities, and their influence on thoughts, emotions and behaviour.
• Apply submodality interventions to modify emotional responses and strengthen desired experiences.
• Understand the therapeutic uses of associated and dissociated perspectives.
• Use a range of practical NLP techniques to facilitate cognitive and emotional change.
• Apply future pacing (pseudo-orientation in time) to reinforce therapeutic outcomes and increase confidence.
• Create and utilise NLP anchors to access and strengthen helpful emotional states.
• Understand the theory and practice of Parts Therapy within an NLP framework.
• Facilitate Parts Integration to help clients resolve internal conflict and increase congruence.
• Confidently integrate NLP and Parts Therapy techniques into hypnosis, coaching and therapeutic practice.
• Apply NLP ethically, safely and appropriately across a wide range of presenting issues.
• Successfully complete the course assignments to demonstrate competence and gain certification.
