Evalynne is a Hypnotherapist and Hypnotherapy supervisor and tutor. She is also a Clinical Operations Manager responsible for developing Neuro-affirmative practice, reasonable adjustments in the workplace, and improved supervision for practitioners.

Learning Objectives:

Develop your supervision & case management practice, taking into account the differences and nuances present when supervising a neurodivergent person.
This course discusses:
What are the most common traits you might experience in case management, with a neurodivergent supervisee
What considerations or adaptations need to be included
How to improve your understanding of, and support for, neurodivergent supervisees
Helping people understand themselves better and manage burnout, emotional dysregulation and rejection sensitivity
Making supervision more engaging and accessible for neurodivergent supervisees
