Brief Description Of Event: A one-day workshop designed to give therapists a better understanding of what good nutrition is and how it can be used to further support clients. This workshop is perfect for hypnotherapists who’d like to understand more about the growing importance of nutrition and its role in both mental and physical health and how it complements their existing discipline.

Course Structure: This is a one-day workshop (10am-4.40pm) and is designed to give those attending a solid overview of nutrition fundamentals, and a better understanding of the impact nutrition has one individuals and those who come to us for hypnotherapy. There is lots of opportunity for Q&A and discussion around each of the topics, and all attendees will receive a copy of the presentation/workshop as well as other practical handouts and information.

This day is not training you to be a nutritional therapist, but it will give you a better knowledge of the impact nutrition has on your client’s health, mentally and physically, adnd practical advice and knowledge to support your therapeutic work. Please be aware this workshop does not cover fertility or cancer as this is a specialist area.
