Brief Description Of Event: Applies to all theoretical psychotherapeutic approaches, interactive processes looking to create a positive, self-validated, long-lasting change of habits, emotions and thought process in clients.
Model of delivery and of change of awareness. This model not only applies to the treatment of present state but is also future focused and enables sustainability and prevention. It can therefore be also called educational model as it introduces strategies and techniques that persons can apply and practice.
In its essence this model has to be learned in an interactive state, its meaning experienced in interaction. Skills and techniques learned on the course improve effectiveness of language in therapeutic interventions.
3 Steps:
1. Relaxation
2. Resourcefulness
3. Relationships
Each step is unique in its own right but cannot work effectively without the other two. The best results can be achieved by combining all three steps in interactions focused on a positive change by enhancing neuroplasticity in present moment.

Learning Objectives: Day 1:
Introduction to 3 Steps
Step 1 – Relaxation – Experiential Learning and Relaxation, Limbic system, ANS and PNS; Elicitation of Hypnosis within the State of Awareness; Physical relaxation and its impact on consolidation of information, Long term memory and habitual change; Senses and the importance of metaphor; Elicitation of Relaxed States
Day 2:
Step 2 – Resourcefulness – Anterior cingulate gyrus and its function; Association vs Dissociation; How is resourcefulness linked to relaxed state; Brain’s association bias, Habits and pattern matching activity of brain structures; LTP (long term potentiation) elicitation
Step 3 – Relationships – Intra and Inter Personal Communication; Treatment and Prevention (down – up; up – down); Left and Right Hemispheric Language; Tribal behaviours; Emotional reasoning; Mirror Neurons in action; The survival link, Language of the prefrontal cortex, Exploring the Miracle Question; Brain as a social organ

You will receive full notes of the presentation, links to further study, recommended reading list, neuroscience and psychotherapy studies and research links and certificate upon completion.
10am-5pm both days
30min coffee break in the morning and in the afternoon; 1 hour for lunch

This is a practical course in a style of a workshop with exercises where participants are encouraged to take part in an active discussion.
