As a Trauma Informed, Cognitive Hypnotherapist and Coach I offer a personalised approach to help young people and their parents feel in control of their life.
Whatever it is you're struggling with, if you want to change the way you feel, think or behave, I want to help you make the changes that will make you the person you want to be.
I can help with a variety of things, including (but not limited to) anxiety, trauma release, depression, stress, confidence issues, low self-esteem, weight management, fears, phobias, limiting beliefs and unwanted habits.
