I now run regular clinics for over 40s.
Menopause and all it’s related symptoms. Blood pressure and weight loss. I also run talks in local businesses.
Apart from integrating hypnotherapy you will come away with great advice and personal tools to manage these conditions.

I also work with professional performers and athletes at all levels with personal and professional performance anxiety, weight, depression and OCD. As well as meeting clients in my clinics, I also see sports clients at Sopwell house, The Grove in Hertfordshire and travel on location.
I give talks to Football and sports academies.

I only specialise in certain areas of interest so I can keep up with all the latest research and techniques in these areas.

I will listen carefully to your unique circumstances and you will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.
