Overview

My name is Jamee-Leigh and I am a therapist based in Grimsby, within North East Lincolnshire. My background is mostly Psychology and over the past few years I have trained in Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (LICBT), Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and various other therapeutic approaches.

I am an experienced therapist and qualified clinical supervisor with a passion to help and support others to be the best version of themselves.
