My name is Katie Bagnall and I’m a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist (DSFH, HPD) offering Solution Focused Hypnotherapy.

Songbird Hypnotherapy is a Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy practice based in Potton, Bedfordshire, supporting people with their mental health. I am also able to work with you online via Zoom if you would prefer or are not in travelling distance of the practice.

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is an up to date and modern approach. It is a forward thinking and positive form of talking psychotherapy, combined with hypnosis, without the need to dwell on the past. The therapy is entirely neuroscience based and will get you feeling the best version of yourself again, confident and in control! From the Initial Consultation onwards I explain how the brain works, giving you the understanding of why you feel the way you do and how we can help you to move forward.

I specialise in supporting people suffering from a range of symptoms and helping them to get their lives back on track.
