I am Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist. I specialise in anxiety and related symptoms.

Anxiety, OCD, Fears & Phobias, Public Speaking, Confidence & Self Esteem, Stress Management, Insomnia, Sexual Difficulty, Compulsions and Addiction.

I have helped a range of people to achieve the results they want. I trained in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy after receiving the therapy myself. I was amazed at how it enriched my life and surprised at how incredibly effective and fast acting it was.

Using a mix of techniques appropriate to your individual condition I can help you to become more in control, get back to yourself, feel calmer and to make the changes you wish to make in your life in a positive and effective way. I have worked for the NHS and in healthcare for 12 years and have worked with multiple clients to help them bring about positive change.
