I’m Susan Collini and I use a range of Wellness Therapies to provide a person-centered way of working that nurtures mental, emotional and physical health to achieve improvement in wellbeing. Rather than solely focusing on treating symptoms of illnesses, Wellness Therapy emphasises both proactive and preventive measures that foster positive change in the way a person feels and thinks about themselves and their beliefs about life in general.
Low mood, anxiety, menopause, grief, weight, fears and phobias are just a few of a wide range of issues that can impact negatively on life experience. The fusion of therapies I use, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness, Integral Eye Movement Therapy and Nature Immersion Therapy help people make the changes required to live the life they really want to live, becoming the person they really want to be.

My Wellness Therapy methods are client-centered, individually designed to meet each client’s needs, helping them develop the confidence, commitment and motivation they need to bring about positive change in the shortest time possible.
My Wellness Therapy approach does not require hours of counselling to explore what has happened in your past, which has advantages of reducing time and total cost for required therapy.
Therapy sessions are delivered online, via Zoom, which many prefer for the sake of convenience. However, face to face sessions can also be made available.
