Overview

I am a Clinical and Paediatric Hypnotherapist that is passionate about helping adults and children overcome their limiting beliefs to create lasting, positive change.

My path into hypnotherapy began after completing a life coaching course, where I discovered the incredible power of hypnotherapy to create rapid and lasting change. Unlike traditional methods that can take months or years to show results, hypnotherapy uses the power of the subconscious mind to bring about profound transformation in a relatively short time. Intrigued and inspired, I trained at the Surrey Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy and became a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner. I love helping clients create lasting change and wanted to expand my skills so that I could also help young adults and children in the same way, so I continued my training to include Paediatric Hypnotherapy.

I am registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) who are the independent UK regulator for complementary healthcare practitioners and was set up with government support to protect the public by providing a UK voluntary register of health practitioners. I am also a proud member of both the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and The International Society of Paediatric Hypnotherapists (TISPH). The NCH is one of the UK’s largest and most respected professional bodies for hypnotherapists and TISPH is a specialist professional body dedicated to promoting safe, ethical, and effective hypnotherapy for children and young people. Membership with both the NCH and TISPH reflects my commitment to the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and ongoing development in my practice.
