Overview

I'm a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist I see local clients in one of my two clinics (Birmingham & Solihull) and online clients who chose the comfort of their own homes.

I specialise in unlocking potential and creating positive change through replacing negative self talk with mentally healthy thoughts and behaviour. I use a collaborative approach to guide clients to their desired outcomes.

I have recently helped clients with phobias, body dysmorphia disorder, depression, pain management & chronic fatigue syndrome, and I'd love to see if we can get you to your desired destination.

I am passionate about Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and look forward to working with you, but will also be honest about my limitations.
