Overview

I can help, and as an NCH accredited hypnotherapist I have many years experience of helping people to successfully achieve their goals.

I always teach my clients self-hypnosis as I feel it is of immense value that you are able to take what you learn from the sessions so that you can continue to make positive change in your life long after you've had hypnotherapy.

I specialise in IBS, childbirth, anxiety and stress, phobias and treating addictive behaviours.

My clinic is in Lady Bay, West Bridgford. There is plenty of parking and access is easy from the A52 and A46.
