Overview

I am a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and master NLP practitioner working in the Botley and Hedge End area of Hampshire. Having been a Yoga teacher for over 20 years and working as a Yoga therapist, within the Priory Clinic for several years, with a lifelong interest in mindfulness and meditation, it is a natural progression for me to incorporate my acquired knowledge within my clinical capacity as a hypnotherapist. I am passionate about the positive changes that can come about from Hypnotherapy. Helping with concerns such as anxiety, stress, increasing self esteem, confidence, exam/driving test performance, fear of public speaking, issues with fears and phobias.
