Hello,

My name is Alexandra and I am a Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist working in Herne Bay.

I put my clients at the heart of the therapeutic process. I am non-judgemental, caring and compassionate. I  work with my clients to find solutions that are right for them, helping them to make the changes they want to make, working in a client-centred way.

Solution focused hypnotherapy is a talking therapy which mixes psychotherapy and hypnosis to help clients make progress towards their goals. It is forward-looking.

I also specialise in helping people with insomnia using Solution Focused Sleep Therapy.  This is a mixture of CBTi (cognitive behaviour therapy for insomnia) and hypnotherapy. 

I also provide Gut Directed Hypnotherapy for IBS.
