I love being able to help people to overcome their problems and am lucky enough that I can spend my days helping my clients reach their full potential.

I was trained at The Quest Institiute by the founder of Cognitive Hypnotherapy and use this, alongside psychology and NLP to help my clients.

I believe that everyone has the ability to live the life that they desire and I will work with them to achieve that outcome. I will work with you as an individual and tailor a bespoke plan just for you.
