We are all fellow travellers in this life and sometimes need someone to walk along side us.

Though Cognitive Hypnotherapy I can work with you to find:

ways in which distress can be alleviated
ways in which potential can be discovered and enhanced
ways in which lasting, beneficial, powerful and positive change can be experienced
ways in which you might feel motivated, inspired and confident.

My intention is to listen to what you bring and work with you in an effective, measured, empathetic and non-judgemental way; a space created for you and your healing. It is your intentions and wishes we work with, in the ways that might benefit you most.
