Overview

I’m Lucas - a fully qualified and insured Cognitive Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner with experience helping both children and adults who are suffering from anxiety, low self-confidence, phobias, depression, low self-esteem, sports nerves and more. 

I can help you to overcome mental and emotional obstacles and tackle your anxiety so that you can do the things you have always wanted to do, free from worry. I have also achieved Cum Laude in BSc Electromechanical Engineering, making me well aware of the stresses of studying and working in fast-paced sectors.

Cognitive hypnotherapy gives me a toolset that I can use around your needs and worries to create a bespoke treatment plan for you. The toolset includes cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), positive psychology, hypnotherapy, parts therapy, timeline regression, anchoring, visualisations, and more. I work both online and in person in Golders Green and Finchley Central.

I've had my fair share of worries, and through cognitive hypnotherapy, I have been able to see life as full of potential. Our past traumas or worries no longer need to affect us in the future. We can all change!
