Overview

I work with people who are experiencing an emotional or physical issue which is holding them back or who are struggling to cope with life’s challenges and adapting to change. Often they have tried other approaches to move forward but ultimately they still feel unhappy or stuck. People just like you.

In addition to the many different issues that the solution focused approach is effective at helping, my personal passion is helping people with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, chronic pain and phobias.

So with a genuine love of neuroscience, positive psychology and all things brain related, working as a solution focused hypnotherapist allows me to help you understand and overcome PTSD, trauma and the anxiety that impacts our lives.

Having worked alongside special force personnel suffering from PTSD to teens and young adults with anxiety, I am well placed to help.

Seeing your “ah-ha” moments as it all begins to make sense and you begin to find your footing, gaining confidence and once again enjoying experiences and life, is a journey I get to witness every day.

Showing people how an overwhelming and out of control life can become a positive and exciting future is my passion.
