Hello, I’m Helen Gore, an NCH Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist practising Online. I specialise in Anxiety and Stress, Low Mood, and Phobias.

What motivates me is helping people feel better and get the most out of life.

As a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist I work in collaboration with each individual client to find a solution that is right for them.

I practice a ‘solution focused’ approach where instead of going over the historic reasons for a client’s presenting problem, we work together, looking forward to find solutions that are appropriate and specific to them and their lives.
