Hi,

I'm Karen, a fully qualified and insured Solution Focused Hypnotherapist dedicated to guiding individuals toward positive change and empowerment. Being an ex-teacher, my life has been driven by a passion for helping others navigate life's challenges.  I practice from a purpose-built therapy room that provides a serene and supportive environment for clients.  This room also provides me with a tranquil base from which I can conduct online therapy sessions to clients across the globe.

My journey into hypnotherapy is rooted in my background as a qualified Montessori teacher. I have been committed to fostering growth and development in others throughout my working life and this has naturally evolved into a profound desire to assisting individuals in overcoming obstacles and unlocking their full potential. I employ a Solution Focused approach to hypnotherapy, allowing quick results with positive therapy sessions.
