Hello, I'm a dedicated Clinical Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist, committed to guiding you on a transformative journey towards mental and emotional well-being. My unique background as a commercial solicitor for over fifteen years gives me a profound understanding of the challenges faced in high-pressure work environments, which has equipped me with the insight and empathy needed to effectively assist those who may be struggling with the stresses and demands of their professional lives.

I have also completed a Diploma in Counselling Theory and have just finished my Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice. I currently volunteer with organisation which supports male and female victims of physical, sexual, mental, emotional and financial abuse regardless of age, race, culture, sexuality. The aim of the charity it to improve mental health and build healthy pathways for the future, for them and their families.

In my practice, I blend this understanding with a solution-focused approach to hypnotherapy, creating personalised pathways for my clients to achieve their goals.
