Overview

Hi I'm Helen, a Solution Focused Therapist & Clinical Hypnotherapist. Based in Cobham, Surrey I work both in person at my private therapy space or online.

Working together I help you to become more confident, feel more relaxed and empower you to make the changes in your life that you want to make. Imagine feeling the excitement of shedding your self limiting beliefs and enjoying taking actions towards where you want to be (and most likely sleeping better and feeling better about yourself along the way).

Prior to training with Clifton practice I held a 15 year corporate career, I am a mum to three wonderful children (all born prematurely) and I'm wife to a military veteran so I truly do understand the juggle/struggle of balancing career, family, social life. I've had my own personal experience of mental health challenges and solution focused hypnotherapy transformed my life. I have a special interest in midlife stress & anxiety.
