Hi I'm Debra, I'm a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy.
I mainly help people with anxiety, stress, overwhelm and phobias, but I additionally work with people in a variety of other areas too.
I help people to feel happier, cope better, and achieve their own unique goals in life; looking forwards to find solutions (rather than dwelling on the past).
