Overview

I am a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist specialising in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy.

I offer a free initial consultation to discuss what you would like to achieve; I will explain the workings of some of the parts of our amazing brain, help you to understand why we feel the way we do, and how I can best help you to achieve positive changes you wish to make. I will also provide you with a link to download a free copy of my relaxing MP3 recording.

Having worked within the prison environment for over twenty years, Solution Focused Hypnotherapy enabled me to personally overcome some of life's unwanted experiences.

I trained in the discipline to help others experience the positive benefits of hypnotherapy.

I am passionate about working with people, enabling them to move forward in a positive way and become a new, more positive version of themselves.

We are all very different, not everyone in similar situations will experience things the same way.

I will work individually with you, enabling you to discover some of the ways our amazing brain works to protect us and process events; combing this with a solution focused approach and hypnosis you can start to make those conscious and sub-conscious positive changes you desire, without having to go over or delve into negative events of the past.
