I'm Tracy, I'm a clinical hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner and reiki master/teacher based near Dumfries, Dumfries and Galloway.
I've always had an interest in the unconscious mind and how we all have the ability to help and heal ourselves through deep relaxation and positive thinking. I offer a range of individually tailored sessions to help bring body, mind and spirit back into alignment.
I have a person centered holistic approach helping clients to build confidence, achieve positive lasting and significant life time changes. Clients will leave their sessions feeling uplifted and empowered by learning methods to stay calm and in control.
I help people with a long list of issues including anxiety, phobias, sleep problems, weight issues, addictive behaviours, stopping smoking and unwanted thoughts.
I have also done extra training specialising in past life regression and helping children and families.
Each client will receive a relaxing half hour recording to use whenever they want to reach a place of deep calm and peace. Regularly allowing yourself to deeply relax will train your body and mind to be able to be more relaxed in general, and by being more relaxed in general people find themselves being able to make better and more positive decisions.
