Ivana is an Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist, fully qualified and registered.

Ivana specialises in trauma related issues,anxiety, panic disorder,procrastination, emotional eating habits, IBS, chronic pain, depression and low self esteem.

Having experienced and overcome a childhood trauma, Ivana has found herself wanting to help people with their limiting beliefs that affect daily their thoughts, feeling and behaviours, by creating long lasting robust changes to live a fulfilled life in the way they we have dreamed of.

Ivana will discuss your issues and goals with a friendly and approachable manner. Ivana provides a safe and confidential environment to explore any issues you may want to explore.
In a typical session Ivana will discuss in length your issues and goals.Then you will be guided into a deep relaxation this will allow for exploration of the given issue, then working with the subconscious mind Ivana will be able to help you access the core of the issue at hand with a series of clean questioning.
this is where the real change takes place, old thoughts, feelings and behaviours are exchanged for new positive ways that make life changing differences, leading to a real deeply fulfilling and happy life.
