I'm a Clinical Hypnotherapist providing solution focused hypnotherapy using well-researched and clinically proven strategies to address a variety of issues. I help clients with anxiety, confidence, phobias, motivation, smoking cessation, low mood, insomnia. weight issues, public speaking, and many other conditions. I'm passionate about supporting people to achieve their potential and to get the most out of themselves and their lives. I practice in Weybridge, Surrey and online via Zoom.
