Overview

Hi, I’m a Clinical Hypnotherapist & Solution Focused Psychotherapist. I help people with various mental health conditions, such as Anxiety, Depression, and OCD, and also help people to overcome fears, phobias, addictions, stress, overwhelm, and increase their confidence and well-being.

I provide Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, which is a modern talking therapy using the latest neuroscience and hypnosis. The wonderful thing about my approach is that we don't dwell on the past. Instead, we focus on the future and where you want to be in life.

I’m extremely passionate about Mental Health, so achieving the highest professional qualification was essential to me. So I trained with Clifton Practice (CPHT) considered to be the most prestigious Hypnotherapy Training School in the UK, where I gained my qualifications:

DSFH - Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy

HPD - Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma - This is considered the Gold Standard Hypnotherapy Qualification.
