I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Integrative Psychotherapist with over 4 years providing support online and in Old Trafford for anxiety and more.

My style is integrative as I believe therapy should be adapted to the needs of each individual I work with. I take a solution-focused stance as it empowers people to create change in their lives. My aim for any session I have with you is to create a safe space where you feel comfortable, encouraged and hopeful. The relationship we have is important and I am sure to make space for feedback and discussion about the journey we go on together.
