I'm a solution-focused hypnotherapist offering both online and face-to-face sessions in Spalding, Lincolnshire to a wide variety of clients from the age of 12 years.

Solution-focused hypnotherapy is a gentle yet incredibly effective form of therapy that supports people with a wide variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, anger, low mood, low confidence and phobias.

Having experienced anxiety myself and parented an anxious daughter, I understand how difficult it can be to seek the support you need. I offer a free initial consultation, during which we can discuss how you want to feel, what you'd like to achieve and more importantly, how hypnotherapy can support you in getting there.
