Overview

Hi I'm Kate, a warm aproachable solution focused hypnotherapist trained with the leading Clifton practice Hypnotherapy training (CPHT).I help teens and adults move forward with confidence, using practical, neuroscience based approach.
I work with a wide range of issues, but I'm especially confident helping clients with anxiety. I often see neurodivergent teenagers and am known for building a natural rapport that helps people feel at ease quickly.
I truly believe that a relationship between client and therapist is at the heart of successful therapy. When you feel safe ,understood and supported, your more able to relax, engage fully, and begin making real progress.
