I'm Aileen and I am a Solution-focused Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist. I offer online hypnotherapy to women in mid-life. I can support you to overcome a wide range of issues from struggles with anxiety, low mood, stress or overwhelm, weight loss management, sleep difficulties, feeling flat or unmotivated, to overcoming fears and phobias, increasing confidence and self-esteem. I specialise in working with women who are approaching, going through or are postmenopausal and empty-nesters, giving them the tools and confidence to navigate this transitional period and make positive changes to their lives that can help them feel happier and move forward positively.

I offer a free initial consultation where we can discuss the issue and the outcome you desire. You will be able to ask some questions and explore whether you’d feel comfortable with us working together and moving forward into online hypnotherapy sessions.
